Thoroughly assess your purchase within this period, opt for a hassle-free return or exchange without cumbersome inquiries.
Efficient Initiatives and Procedure:
To initiate a return or exchange, simply notify us via email by 5 PM PDT on the 30th calendar day post-receiving your asset. Day 0 commences from the purchase date.
Seamless Buyback Requests:
For buyback requests, ensure the vehicle is at the Buyer’s location, settling on-site payment. We repurchase at 100% of the original purchase price, deducting only documentation fees, shipping, taxes, or state fees linked to the return.
Guaranteed Protection:
Rest easy knowing your asset is fully insured during this period, excluding instances where the customer is under the influence of alcohol or drugs during an accident.
Return Conditions:
Please note, returns can’t be accepted for modified, accident-involved, damaged, or altered assets from their original condition upon delivery. Additionally, assets used as collateral for a loan (encumbrance) are ineligible for return.
Efficient Return Processing and Timing:
Once the return criteria are met, expect a swift refund process. Allow 1 – 3 days for the refund to reflect in your account, contingent on your bank’s processing times.
